Time Frame: Please bring the unsatisfactory item(s) back to the store within 48 hours of your purchase for a full refund or exchange.

No Receipt, No Problem: While we prefer a receipt for easier processing, it's not mandatory. If you don't have a receipt but can provide clear evidence of a product defect, we'll honor the return.
